Homerish coming out in me, but how is this guy better than L.J. Scott from Marion Harding? But, I'm not a scout so what do I know.
This is only a guess based purely on watching their two films, but L.J. doesn't look quit as big or as fast. He's not far behind in either category but that's the main difference I see. It could be that he is an Ohio guy and Urban thinks he can wait on prospects he has higher ranked where Outlow isn't an Ohio guy so he needs to offer him earlier. I don't know if that helps rationalize why Scott doesn't have an offer as of now or not.
I'm thinking this is more, you have an offer to come to camp, type deal. not saying he doesnt have an offer but im skeptical, lets see if he visits anytime soon.
