http://blogs.ajc.com/recruiting/2012/01/15/nick-saban-tells-star-atlanta...
“Coach Saban said he wished he would’ve been able to tell me this in August instead of now. He said the only reason he can’t sign me is because he can’t sign 26 people. They can only sign 25 people. He said he was going to sign me with the next class. But he also said he would sign a piece of paper to show that they are keeping their word – they are going to sign it and they want me to sign it to make sure I know I still have my scholarship.”

“He said I’m going to stay in Georgia. They are going to find me a job. I’m going to work."
SEC oversigning at its best
Thats the kind of crap i dont like to see, Saban may not be cheating or breaking any rules like some would like to say but thats exactly what it needs to be called
O H I O is the Buckeye State
Too bad for the kid, I hope it all works out for him (even though I can't stand Saben). Part where he said a Tennessee coach gave him a # to call that did not work made me laugh. The Vols have some issues to deal with.
Dooley must have changed burners before the kid had a chance to call.
That's pretty damn funny.
This is difficult to grasp. How is this type of recruiting, oversigning, even allowed to happen? How can the NCAA ignore this behavior that can DESTROY a young mans life as he gets pushed to the side. Talk about exploitation. As a parent of 3 college students it enrages me to think if it was my son being USED in this way. If anything gives a team a competitive advantage this is certainly it. Well at least they have rules in place that prohibits players from trading their own possessions for things they desire and denying them extravagant bagel spreads. I can sleep well knowing that at least.

Sir,
Your website says that cheating will not be tolerated, yet you allow oversigning to continue. This creates not only an unfair playing field, but cheats an 18-22 year old out of a college education. You must do something about this ridiculously immoral practice. Until you take a hard stance against this, you will continue to be an impotent organization. The link below details why people are becoming angry about this topic.

I urge you to investigate this and adopt national rules that prevent what happens at LSU and UA from ever happening again.
Thank you,
