Talked to him a bit last night.
Stays in contact frequently with the OSU staff through social media, e-mail, and phone calls.
Visiting sometime in the spring
I think the Buckeyes are in great shape here.
Nicholson made the top 50 of the recently released Rivals 100 for 2014 prospects.

If the insiders are right ......then Buckeye.
If he's related to who I think he is, (Jack Nicholson), then this is absolutely NUTSO!
Thanks, Derek! Seems like the staff are all about relationships, and they have been onto Montae for a while. Since there are so many offers out, as a fan it is hard to sort out who we really want.
Damon Webb. Quin Blanding. Jabrill Peppers. Montae Nicholson.
Holy mother of breast milk, that's an insane secondary class.
I wouldn't cheer for Michigan if they were playing the Taliban.

I mean if it means anything to you guys NevadaBuck who is an insider on Scout and a big time in the know guy with heavy connections into the OSU program does predictions on players and is more times than not dead on. Gave Nicholson the ==== Buckeye last year so we will see.

I've posted this elsewhere, but you can't exclude Erick Smith from Glenville either. And you would they they can only take 3 DBs in this class, but with the talent pool to choose from I'm sure they'll be ok no matter what. Webb is already committed and then have the options of Peppers, Blanding, Nicholson, Smith, Kelly Jr.
Thought I read he grew up in Columbus and was a Bucks fan as a kid.
Can't believe we could have another stellar hall in secondary, back to back years.Absolute Nightmares for any offense to go up against!!!
SCOTTC.
I would take Todd Kelly Jr. over Montae.
+1 I really like Montae, but I personally have Kelly higher on my want list. The thing I'm wondering is if Montae will even play saftey in college though. He's listed at 6'2" - 6'3" and 200lbs on the major recruiting sites. Just from the info, I wonder where he ends up in college, not that he couldn't stay at safety...
I could see some evil genius defensive coordinator having him throw on 20-30 lbs. and playing him at OLB.
I myself am really hoping for Quin Blanding but that's just my opinion. I would be very happy with either Montae or Kelly but if I had to pick between them and Quin, it's not even a question.
Agreed, but I think we are willing to take Blanding and one of either Montae or Kelly due to the fact that the latter two could play on either side of the ball after watching their highlights.
Blanding is at the top of the safety board and with him committing in a month will make it a race between Glass, Montae, and Kelly IMO.
This secondary class is going to go ham just like 2013

nicholson is underrated, he is a playmaker. Buckeyes would love to have him
