Tony Alford said Ohio State "will be fine" at the running back position, despite the tough luck the Buckeyes have had with recruiting the position this summer.
Cincinnati 2021 wide receiver Liam Clifford is more comfortable at the position, and he falls within a group of several 2021 wideouts with mutual interest in Ohio State.
In-state 2022 linebacker Gabe Powers already has an offer from Michigan, but he visited Ohio State on Aug. 8 and believes he will receive a Buckeye offer too.
