A story going around earlier today listed a number of schools that the big JUCO lineman from Lackawanna C.C. yet did not include the Buckeyes. That was apparently just an oversight, according to Eluemunor. He told me tonight that the Buckeyes are absolutely still "in it."
"I talk to Coach Meyer still like every other day," he told me. "I might go to the Penn State game (for an official visit), but I am still trying to set something unofficial up with Coach Meyer and Coach Warinner."
Initially, Eluemunor (pronounced "E-Lu-Mu-Nor") had planned on making a decision this summer, potentially in August but as of last night that had changed, and the Buckeyes, if he were to visit for the Penn State, would likely be his final official visit.
"I'm actually going to decide after my last visit which will be in October," he added. "I saw the Nebraska game (Ohio State's lone home night game a year ago) and it seemed like that place was crazy."
So, suffice to say, the Buckeyes are still involved in Jermaine's recruitment.
