Dipshit reporters who are trolling for their 10 seconds of fame get their way but in the long run, they lose. I assume the reporters are all there to get information about the team and not a 29-second video clip with the coach bailing. If LK has said he isn't going to discuss ingury related info and someone wants to ask about it (especially if LK knows the guy is trying to push buttons) I'm fine with fine with him giving everyone the read-between-the-lines-fuck-off-while-I-walk-away routine.

He had a policy about asking about injured players/specific palyers during practice. The reporters that are on the USC beat know this policy. The reporter decided to be a douchecanoe and test Kiffin on this. Kiffin followed his policy and ended the conference.
Kiffin has done a lot of questionable things and I would hardly define him as classy, but I support him here. He is taking away time to address the media after a practice when he probably has billions of other things to do and think about. If he doesn't want to have to address every single player, he doesn't have to. Hell, he doesn't have to do the presser if he doesn't want to.

True. I mean, in those 29 seconds he probably could've signed two 5-star recruits. Honestly, can you imagine what Urbz could do recruiting if he had SoCal weather?
