Marcus Hooker became an "official" part of the Ohio State Football team on Wednesday as the true freshman safety had his black stripe removed following practice.

Hooker, the younger brother of former Buckeye and first-round pick Malik Hooker, is a three-star safety out of Newcastle, Pennsylvania. He has yet to see action in a game as he was suspended for the season opener due to a DUI charge and battled an injury after that.
According to the video, Hooker will make his debut start on the kickoff team on Saturday.
