Well, that was fun.

After opening the 2017 campaign with a bang, Ohio State dropped their home opener against Oklahoma, 31-16. But though the game may have felt a bit anticlimactic, given the Sooners' dominance in the fourth quarter, the Buckeyes still made a few big plays that are worth celebrating.

However, all those efforts have their work cut out for them as after more than 1,500 votes, 31.6% selected Robert Landers's rumblin' bumblin' stumblin' trip to the end zone in Bloomington, making that the first Top Play of the season. And while I have a feeling I'm going to spend an inordinate amount of time thinking of ways to describe that play over the next few months, there are still some worthy candidates that may steal the big man's thunder.

On to this week's nominees:

1) J.K. Dobbins jukes another defender out of his shoes:

Dobbins leaves that LB in the dust

2) Austin Mack makes an incredible catch downfield:

3) Nick Bosa blows up the pocket to take down Mayfield:

The Reigning Champ - Robert Landers' thick-around-the-edges-guy touchdown

Big Bob Landers makes his way to the end zone

Now it's your turn to vote below for this week's Top Play, which will then face-off against the biggest moments of Saturday's matchup with the cadets from West Point:
