Minnesota kept daring Ohio State point guard Jamari Wheeler to take 3-point shots in the second half.
Wheeler made the Gophers pay for that strategy. E.J. Liddell and Zed Key also delivered steady performances and the Buckeyes delivered a dominating second-half effort to outscore Minnesota 47-20 in the second half to move to 11-0 at home with a 70-45 victory over the Gophers.
