This might be a dumb question. But I often see fans (sometimes OSU fans) tweeting at players and recruits and it really makes me cringe. Do you think fans ever make up fake social media accounts, pretending to be fans for other schools, and intentionally tweet cringey things at recruits just to scare them away? What is stopping a program from encouraging this kind of thing to hurt another program's recruiting chances?
