Deontae Armstrong Staying at Ohio State Despite Twin Brother’s Departure

Even though Devontae Armstrong entered the transfer portal, his twin brother Deontae Armstrong is staying at Ohio State.

Hours before the closure of the transfer portal, Deontae Armstrong announced he would remain with the Buckeyes by sharing the famous “I’m not leaving” clip from The Wolf of Wall Street in an X post on Friday.

Armstrong will be a redshirt sophomore in 2026. Armstrong made his only game appearance of the 2025 season against Grambling State, playing 15 snaps with the third-team offensive line at right tackle.
