So normally I follow the Bucks all year and love seeing the Booms. I love hearing new recruits coming in and where we rank with future prospects.
Now I see we sign a 5-star recruit and all I think of "Whelp, there's another kid who will be transferring on if he doesn't get as much playing time as he feels he deserves."
Between that and the NIL, college has taken on the worst part of the NFL to me... the fact that you can be cheering for a player one season and then cheering against him the next when he transfers.
Also works in reverse. I've seen us lose on recruits and then think, "Eh.. we'll see. That guy could end up in Columbus if things don't work out where he went."
I don't know... this offseason has felt... off.
