This may be an unpopular opinion, but having just read through the entirety of the report, I believe Urban was lucky to only get time served + one week and three games. 

Now, before everyone jumps down my throat, I’m not saying I think he should have been suspended longer or fired. In fact, prior to reading the report it seemed unjust that he received any suspension at all when his first line supervisor was aware of the allegations, and had just admitted in the presser that it was his duty to report to compliance. The report pretty clearly shows a pattern of neglect in regards to Zach and his behavior, as well as a potentially willful destruction of evidence in the form of deliberate changes to phone settings to erase texts over a year old.

Its over, we’ve got our coach, and after reading the report I, for one, am breathing a sigh of relief that the punishment is relatively lenient.
