I just want to say thank you to everyone who gave me advice on the heartbreak thread a few days ago. I'm not feeling entirely better, but I'm feeling a bit more productive. 

I went to the gym today, called off work. I called off partly because I'm working in downtown Cleveland with my construction gig, parking is apparently $40-$60 even at 5am. But I also did it to spend a day focusing on my own stuff for once. 

I took a lot of people's advice, I have my first therapy appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 5. I wouldn't have done that if not for all the suggestions. I'm actually looking forward to it. 

Just spending the day watching M.A.S.H. from here on out. Thanks everyone.
