Before we get into anything else, RIP Mike Kudla. I got to watch him on the field when I was a student, and he will be missed.

So as the summer keeps on rolling on, this week we're talking about ch-ch-changes in the big time programs at Ohio State.

First: men's basketball. Chris Holtmann is absolutely kicking ass in recruiting, but what he's started on in 2019 is definitely something special. Ohio State men's basketball hasn't had recruits of the caliber of Catron and Gaffney since D'Angelo Russell came on board, and that's exciting.

Plus, former linebacker Andrew Sweat joins the show! He talks to us about life after football, what he and the football team learned from the 2011 season (and how that propelled the team into 2012), and also his take on the accusations of Mike DiSabato, given Andrew's own interactions with him. All that plus Ask Us Anything (answering questions via e-mail and Twitter), which mercifully allows us to dive in deep to a little GoT predictions for next season.

If you enjoyed the Dubcast, remember that you can follow us on Google Podcasts, and if you're so inclined, you can rate and subscribe to us on iTunes!

0:00 RIP Mike Kudla, and we get into why putting Ohio on lockdown would be one of Holtmann's greatest accomplishments.

10:30 Andrew Sweat! He's a really interesting guy who played through one of the most tumultuous periods in Ohio State football history, and also has insight into one of the biggest stories surrounding Ohio State athletics today.

27:07 Ask Us Anything! Best ending: Hot Pie sits on the Iron Throne. Calling it.

And that's the Eleven Dubcast for this week! Thanks to Travis for our logo, thanks to you for listening and checking out our Dry Goods store, and we'll see you next time.
