We love Buckeye basketball but it's so very hard to focus on the hoops team when there is a Sugar Bowl date with Alabama looming on New Year's Day. Nevertheless, Johnny and I start off with a little hoops talk before we bring things back to football.

Matt Finkes joins us for his spin on the game in "Finkes on Football, giving us his take on what to watch for when the Buckeyes take on Bama and he has thoughts about the Michigan coaching vacancy. In a surprise twist, Matt hangs around for Ask Us Anything, our weekly segment where you can get the answers to life's most difficult questions by writing to us at us at dubcast@elevenwarriors.com or on the Dubcast Twitter account.
