We're living in uncertain times during the COVID-19 outbreak, but Ohio is gonna get through it together – and have some fun along the way.

We've all got a little more downtime on our hands during social isolation and it looks like Shaun Wade's looking to make the most of his.

Lockdown corner and wordsmith. Respect. He's got my sale when the book goes to print.

If you're hurting for entertainment amidst your social distancing, allow me to introduce you to the magical world of TikTok, where your favorite (former) walk-on hooper has created an account for your viewing enjoyment.

You can watch him dance, and stuff.

Humans Being Human

CBJ Leading the Way

With hockey postponed, the Blue Jackets are leaning on the 5th Line in a different way.

In the coming weeks, the Jackets are going to be auctioning off a few unique items to fans with all proceeds benefitting corona relief efforts.

“After having discussions with a number of our grant partners, a common theme was the need for food and cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, soap, etc.,” said CBJ Foundation Executive Director Katie Matney. “The 5th Line has always been supportive of our efforts in the community and this is a way for Blue Jackets fans to get unique items and help local organizations in need.

The foundation says the auctions will include a variety of autographed team merchandise and memorabilia.

The auction benefitting LSS Choices is open now and will run until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 27. Upcoming auctions will open at noon on Monday and be live until 5 p.m. on Friday.

The auctions are all going to be online, of course. You can head on over to the website to place bids or just make a donation.
