Ohio State's 2025 NFL draft class was projected to be a historic one, and that's proven true in the draft's first two days.

The Buckeyes tied a program record with seven first- and second-round selections on Thursday and Friday. After a draft-high four first-round selections, Quinshon Judkins, TreVeyon Henderson and JT Tuimoloau completed the feat in the first 13 picks of the second round for Ohio State.

Ohio State came just one pick short of tying Alabama's record of eight first- and second-round picks, set in 2021. All seven of Ohio State’s picks in the first two days of the draft went in the first 45 picks, setting a program record for top-45 selections.

No Ohio State players were drafted in the third round. Despite that, Ohio State still led all schools with its seven players selected in the first three rounds, beating Georgia, Oregon and Texas by one for the most players drafted on the first two days.

All seven of Ohio State’s draft picks in the first two days came in a span of 27 picks. Wide receiver Emeka Egbuka kicked off the action at No. 19 overall to the Buccaneers, offensive guard Donovan Jackson went next at No. 24 overall to the Vikings, defensive tackle Tyleik Williams followed at No. 28 overall to the Lions and offensive tackle Josh Simmons closed the first round at No. 32 overall to the Chiefs.

Jackson and Simmons were the first pair of Ohio State offensive linemen selected in the first round of an NFL draft in 50 years. Judkins and Henderson followed in the second round, with the former selected No. 36 overall by the Browns and the latter selected No. 38 overall by the Patriots before Tuimoloau went No. 45 overall to the Colts.

Ohio State has a great chance to break its program record for total draft picks, 14 in 2004, as it has eight more players projected as Day 3 draft picks: Jack Sawyer, Will Howard, Lathan Ransom, Seth McLaughlin, Jordan Hancock, Denzel Burke, Ty Hamilton and Cody Simon. If the Buckeyes reach 15 picks, they will tie Georgia's record for the most in a single draft, set in 2022. Josh Fryar and Gee Scott Jr. are also fringe candidates to be drafted and potentially break the record.
