Trey Sermon picked up right where he left off.

After a record-breaking 331-yard rushing performance in the Big Ten Championship game, Sermon appears to be carrying the momentum into the College Football Playoff.

In his third carry of the night, Sermon broke loose, going 35-yards to the end zone.

The touchdown opened Ohio State's scoring and tied the game at 7-7 midway through the first quarter.
