Florida running back Elijah Newman-Hall commits to Ohio State, giving the Buckeyes their first 2028 commitment.
Joey Bosa once said Darron Lee used to tell people he was the next Ryan Shazier, which was bold talk for a former three-star prospect coming off a redshirt season. But when Shazier left for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Lee was ready to answer the call.
In his redshirt freshman season, Lee took the country by storm; the Tennessean posted 81 tackles (16.5 of which went for a loss), 7.5 sacks, 2 interceptions and 1 forced fumble. He also killed a man during the national title game.
So, it's somebody else's turn to make the leap from obscurity to stardom. Today, Lee gave us some names to watch:
Ohio State LB Darron Lee said WR Parris Campbell is having a big spring for the Buckeyes. "He's going to make a lot of plays for us."

Other names Darron Lee mentioned as having big springs for the Buckeyes: Terry McLaurin, Sam Hubbard, Gareon Conley, Damon Webb.

That's a lot of talent, potential or otherwise, named by Lee. It's just a further reminder that Ohio State doesn't rebuild, it reloads.
It's also a good time to remind you that Parris Campbell is, like, 15-years-old.
