RJ now stands as the #89 and #83 ranked QB on two respective recruiting services. It is apparent he is moving up lists and was just offered by Northwestern. Is there a scenario where he eventually earns an offer from OSU? If he continues to rise and they want two, I could see it making sense, with Edmunds the “elite” level recruit and RJ a developmental project. Any thoughts or insights?
