It will be 4 recruiting cycles since the Buckeyes picked up Eric Smith, Lattimore and Marcelus Jones.   The previous 13 years turned some great recruits with a Heisman Trophy winner.  How does talent drop off so Fast?  Maybe Ohio State brand and National recruiting takes priority.  It has been impressive.  The days of player potential or development maybe  a foregone emphasis within the state
