I keep hearing Rece Davis hammering OSU about “they only played 6 games”. Even when Gary Barta told him that the 6 games factor really didn’t matter, Rece still kept hammering on it. Rece and everyone who is still fixated on the “they only played 6 games” need to understand something. First OSU is not responsible for the B1G screwing up the season from the get go. Second, OSU had to deal with much more difficult requirements to play in response to COVID-19. In that respect, with an already shortened schedule because of inept leadership in the B1G, OSU did the best they could. Lastly, so even if OSU did play the same amount of games as say Bama, Clemson, or ND, OSU would beat every team in the B1G anyway. So this argument makes no sense. What is your take on this?
