OSU is now 5 points ahead of #2 Bama. Ohio State's  offense is #4 and the defense is #1. OSU has a 10 point gap over PSU and a 17 point gap over Michigan. Yes Bama is still slightly ahead of LSU because the season is long and every game counts as the same but the gap between them shrunk by almost 4 points. Other notes:

• OSU Schedule: PSU #7, Wisconsin #11, Minnesota #13, Michigan #15, Indiana #19, Cincinnati #28, MSU #35, everybody else is pretty bad but potentially 5 top 20 wins and 2 more top 25 is a very hard schedule. 
• Fiesta Bowl playoff match up Clemson-is 9 points behind OSU but 6th on offense and 3rd on defense. Connely noted the ACC adjustment is really hurting them as they are decimating everything right now. 
• Championship opponent LSU is about 6 points behind us, they are 3rd on offense but 22nd on defense. LSU Georgia looks like a really intriguing match up, Georgia's offense isnt great but can take advantage of LSU's relatively poor defense. Georgia also probably has a much better defense than Bama who has benefited from playing terrible teams. 
• Oregon who is probably the best hope of boxing Bama out of the playoffs is 16th, not great. Utah is 8th. 
• Minnesota goes to Iowa as 5 point favorites, if they win this game and then beat Northwestern they will clinch the West before playing Wisconsin at home.
