Jonathan Cooper has missed most of this year due to injuries. I know this is supposed to be his last year at Ohio State. I do hope and expect him to play against PSU and TTUN, but if he is unable to return at all this year, do you think he would/could petition the NCAA for a medical red shirt and come back in 2020? If he does not play again this year, his draft stock will not be great. If he has a stellar 2020 at OSU, he could go pretty high.
