I don't know if the staff reads the forum posts, but I am begging you to ask urban in the press conference why mediocrity and being awful at coaching is a good thing and rewarded. Please ask why you Urban refuses to fire coaches who are doing a terrible job.

Screw having access, if they can't handle being asked tough questions they don't deserve their massive contracts
