Anyone else notice how ESPN was trying to appear disinterested for the first 24 hours? ESPN's front page had just a tiny caption of Meyer being put on paid administrative leave, while other sports sites obviously reported it as the top story.
It was obvious ESPN was sandbagging the significance of this story, and was waiting for the right moment to pounce, while having the alibi that it didn't break the story or did not initially run with the story.
Today, the front page of it's site is the biggest troll/smear job of Meyer and OSU, after Meyer publicized that he reported DV, to ESPN's dismay. All its talking heads are hating OSU and want Meyer out.
I am hopeful after today's news that OSU gives a big middle finger to ESPN and an ex-reporter/now facebook beat writer.
