I was talking to a co-worker about Burrow possibly transferring with the emergence of Haskins in the Michigan game, and I know Burrow is a redshirt Sophomore this year, but my co-worker was saying that Burrow graduates this spring. If that is true, then Burrow would not have to sit out a year if he wanted to transfer to a D-1 school.  Does anyone have the real info on whether Joe graduates this spring...or if he has started talking about transferring.
