Stewart Mandel had an interesting piece this morning that lays out the 19 possible playoff fields. He has ruled TCU and USC as already eliminated, so this is whats left:

If you’re keeping track at home, the teams with the most-to-the-least ping pong balls in the lottery, so to speak, are Oklahoma (14), Clemson (12), Miami (11), Georgia (9), Auburn (9), Wisconsin (9), Alabama (6) and Ohio State (4).
That doesn't look great for OSU, but at least we're still in the mix!
