My guts tell me, Ohio State could beat Wisky. If so, I can see the Buckeyes getting into the CFP, because a 2-loss Auburn might. In that instance, I would expect Clemson (ACC) and OU (B12) to round out the 4 contenders. I feel The Committee might weigh its choice of the non-champ (Ohio State) representing the B1G, in the 2016 CFP as a reason to give greater weight to conference champs, in 2017.

However, my guts also tell me Clemson is poised to repeat. I don't feel anybody can beat them, at this point. And reason tells me, a B1G champion Ohio State facing 'Bama or USC in a NY6 bowl game would be the best fate.
