Now that the college coaching carousel is slowing down.  I am wondering how much a coaches desired salary plays into who the school hires.  How PJ Fleck did not get hired, Les Miles is still on the loose and Kiffin ended up making half a million less a year than he did at Bama.  Does a school call up the coaches agents and say hey we are offering x amount would you be interested and the coach just says no thanks. Just seems strange that three good coaches (1 with some baggage) were passed over so many times.
