During halftime of the Wisconsin-OSU title game a UW radio affiliate asked the question "If this is their 3rd string QB, I wonder what their 4th string QB looks like." 

So with that said, I thought to myself and said, I haven't seen Stephen Collier play before. So I watched his senior year highlights and they were very impressive. He's mobile, great ability to escape pressure, strong/accurate arm, and goes through multiple progressions during pass plays.
