Changes to the playoffs, eliminating targeting, etc have been discussed over and over again.  But what underrated aspect of college football would you like to see changed.  

Mine:  I would love to see an effort made by all involved to rekindle some (or all) of the rivalries lost when we had the mass musical chairs of conference realignment.  Brand week 2 of the season an early non-conference "rivalry" weekend and give us Texas - A&M, Oklahoma - Nebraska, Pitt - WVU, Mizzou - Kansas, Florida-Miami etc.  I know it doesn't include OSU (unless you wanted to manufacture something like Cincy or Kentucky) but I think it's a shame these historic matchups have gone away.
