I thought this was an interesting approach to changing the targeting rule.
Another notable proposed change to targeting: If replay can't explicitly *confirm* the call, then it gets overturned. No more "the call stands."

It seems to go against everything we know and understand about replay to not err on the side of the call on the field when in doubt, but I don't really mind it. essentially means the replay official has to be absolutely sure before ejecting somebody, regardless of the call on the field.
I still think there needs to be a tiered system for targeting, like a red and yellow card in soccer, but this certainly seems like a productive change if it passes.
