With Speight and Malzone transferring out of Michigan coupled with the uncertainty at Ole Miss, it looks like crazy Jim has secured a transfer from Shea Patterson.

Patterson was the #1 QB and 4th overall player in the class of 2016 according to 247.

Patterson, who will be a junior in 2018, will have to apply for an individual waiver from the NCAA to avoid sitting out a year in Ann Arbor.
