The Texas Lutheran kicker took a second swipe at the ball after it was blocked and put it through the uprights for 3 points. The initial kick was blocked, the ball bounces and he makes a soccer move to kick the bouncing ball.

Several sites are arguing it should not have counted because it is a kicked ball which is illegal; but it is legal simply because it is a kicked ball. He can rekick the ball until it is dead or recovered by a player. If a player had recovered it, coughed it up before he was down and he rekicked it it would not have been legal but until then it is still considered a kicked ball per NCAA rulebook:
Any free kick or scrimmage kick continues to be a kick until it is caught or recovered by a player or becomes dead.

Either way a great highlight reel and good headwork by the kicker.
