Well, this is, um, interesting.  I would have never taken Kill as an offensive-minded coach, given from what I saw from his teams at NIU and Minnesota.  While I'm glad to see the man back doing what he loves, I'm not sure that this will be a good move from either Kill's or Rutgers' perspective.  It's certainly a radical departure from Ash's last OC, former OSU grad assistant and Tom Herman disciple Drew Mehringer, who left Piscataway to join Herman's staff at Texas.
