Bullshit stat.  Here's why:

You're the QB, I'm a WR, Bill's a RB.  We win 35-0.  You threw me 3 TD passes and ran for another.  Bill ran for one more.  We scored 5 TDs, but statistically we had 8 TDs "responsible for" (you 4, me 3, Bill 1).  Like I said, bullshit.
