Minnesota was down 3 and facing 4th & 5 with the game on the line. The Gophers dug deep and made this play.

Take a look at the catch in slo-mo. The One Who Wears Khakis did not like it.

Two plays later it appeared Minnesota took the lead with this great call and catch.

Then, the Gophers became the Gophers and wasted 17 of 19 seconds.

Why Minnesota? Why?

I liked the bold strategy of trying to win the game. Especially with the emotions and passion surrounding the team with Jerry Kill's retirement. I did not like the call for a QB sneak.

Time to go home and take solace in a Dilly Bar.
