How else could you explain why the richest department in the country is doing something petty like charging the Tex Tech Band $100 per member to bring their band to the game.

I guess they crunched the numbers and figured the empty football seats from people not wanting to go to Texas games this year would generate more profit than giving it to the band as a goodwill gesture.
