My wife has known for quite a while that going to the Rose Bowl is on my bucket list, unfortunately last year we couldn't get tickets. Well in October she surprised me with tickets to the Rose Bowl. So the plan was to drive from Springfield, OH to Pasadena, CA., making several stops along the way i.e. Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas etc. Well, today when we found out the Buckeyes will be playing in the Fiesta Bowl, and with my wife's approval, I jumped online and bought tickets to the game to cheer on our beloved Buckeyes!! So, we are leaving Friday morning at 5 am and driving straight through to our hotel 10 miles from the State Farm Stadium. Hopefully we will arrive in enough time to get a few hours of sleep, a shower, and some food before the game. Happy Wife, Happy Life!!
