Hi folks,
I’ve seen cable cord cutting discussions on here before. Mine is slightly different because I must have on-demand and DVR capabilities because I travel a ton for work. If I don’t have access to Fox Sports, ESPN, BTN etc. through their apps, I’ll be out of the loop.
Otherwise, we don’t need full cable. Between my wife and I, we watch local network tv, pbs, cable news channels, hgtv, vh1. I need sports (only football and USMNT soccer... I don’t watch anything else) and she watches the others. And we'll get HBO and use Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Anybody know a good approach given my travel/on-demand needs?
PS- catch a game at a local bar isn’t what will work for me.
Any thoughts are appreciated. I’m not wise when it comes to using technology. If cable is the only way to get all that, we’ll stick with it. But otherwise, i’m not sure where to start.
