My lord their offense looks like a bad high school offense.  Their recruiting is mediocre.  Every QB they put in seems to be out to sea on passing plays.  Their defense tackles poorly for a decently talented unit.  This is his 4th year there at what point do the people up there start to realize they aren't getting better?
