So on the way home from the office tonight I pick up a 4 pack of Nyx American Black Ale from White Birch Brewing. Damn fine.
But right on the front of the label it says Bottled November 2015. And, its unpasteurized.
Google tells me beer lasts 6-9 months on shelf and 2 years refrigerated.
Will I be dead in the morning?
