I am plugging this show, because I really liked it and want a second season, but people are turned off by the silly name.

The premise is that a 20-something guy gets chlamydia, and has to tell all of his past sexual partners. The show really is about his past and present relationships with his friends and how they are interwoven with his past encounters with women. The show isn't lewd or focus on the guy's affliction. Also, it's British but the comedy is only sort-of British humor, so it should appeal to many.

So go watch the show (it's 6 episodes at 23 minutes each), because I need another season!
