Oregon Straight Up Doesn't Give a Shit Anymore

Remember the simpler days, when Oregon was a touchdown favorite over Ohio State entering the 2014 championship? That was hilarious.

Anyway, Oregon is 2-4 after Washington clobbered it by 49 points last weekend. (Hard to believe a Brady Hoke-coached defense couldn't hold the Huskies under 60, right?)

It would appear looks don't deceive, either.

From The Eugene Register-Guard:

“We’ve got some guys on our team who are busting their tails to win and other guys on our team that don’t even care if we win or lose,” senior Cameron Hunt said, estimating 30 to 40 percent of the team falls into the latter category. “I don’t think everyone is bought-in.

“I think people really need to evaluate if they want to play. As a coach, figure out what guys want to play and what guys don’t want to play, and if they don’t want to play, they can leave.”

Oregon is off this week but expect the Ducks to be searching for a coach along with half the Power 5 this offseason.
