Ohio State didn't win the Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament, but it kind of feels like they did.

None of their three straight victories against Minnesota, Purdue, and Michigan were pretty, but winning is better than losing, which they were doing a lot of. And taking one of the hottest teams in the country to overtime while missing one of your best players is a sign that damn, maybe a favorable NCAA draw is all this team needs to get into at least the Sweet Sixteen and beyond.

So that's what we get into today on the Dubcast: the big time expectations that we have for this crew going forward, the games that got them there, and protein powder. We spend a decent amount of time talking about unregulated sports supplements, thanks to a great set of Ask Us Anything questions (which you can do at dubcast@elevenwarriors.com)!

0:00 Oooohhh baby the Big Ten tournament was a lot more fun than we thought it would be.

28:57 What does the tournament look like for Ohio State? Expectations are high, because the South Region looks ripe for picking.

50:26 I, too, have turned into a marshmallow during the past year. Also sups chat at the end.

And that'll do it, thanks as always to Travis for the logo, thanks to you for listening and checking out the Dry Goods store, and we'll see you next time!
