I am almost unreasonably excited for this upcoming basketball game. As I have said several times in the past week, March Madness is collectively the greatest sporting event that this great country has. It is a representation of the purest kind of American egalitarianism; everyone gets a shot, you win on your own merits, and to hell with Notre Dame.

But to the matter at hand! This Thursday the Buckeyes take on South Dakota State in Boise, which is in Idaho, which, according to our guest, Director of Player Development Scoonie Penn, probably no one on the Ohio State men's basketball team has ever been to or thought about beyond a cursory glance at a potato sack. Which is okay, because this is a business trip! Scoonie talks to us about how the team has been preparing during their long layoff, and what the Buckeyes need to do to make sure that they have a strong start in this, their first appearance in the NCAA tournament since 2015.

Plus, of course, Ask Us Anything (which you can do via e-mail and Twitter), which asks us for cruise drink suggestions, and if you enjoy all that the Dubcast has to offer, please do not forget to rate and subscribe on iTunes!

0:00 The Buckeyes are in it to win it, and Beau and I break down what Ohio State needs to do to get out of Boise and into Los Angeles. Plus... Thad's back! Maybe!

21:47 Scoonie gives us insight into how the basketball team is preparing for March Madness, and also lets us know just how special this is for guys like Keita Bates-Diop, Tate, and Kam.

33:26 Ask Us Anything! Sorry, no hidden links to CIA superpuzzles in this Dubcast. Here's the Rainbow Sprinkler Conspiracy Theory though.

And that should do it! Thanks to you for listening and checking out the Dry Goods Store, thanks to Travis for our sweet logo, and we'll see you guys next week!
