J.T. Barrett is such an even-keel kind of dude that it's hard to imagine him being motivated by such petty emotions like hate or anger or revenge, but that's probably the best way to wrap our minds around the kind of single-minded determination that he showed against Penn State last weekend. I'm still of the opinion that it's the best full-game performance by an Ohio State quarterback I have ever seen in my 32 years of watching Buckeye football, and no one has been able to give me a serious answer otherwise.

Anyway, he's a man on a mission, and in this Dubcast Beau and I talk about whether or not that kind of determination can make him a Heisman finalist. I say yes, Beau... also says yes. Plus, we break down the Penn State game as a whole, and with a little help from our friend Marc Morehouse, we take a look at the upcoming tilt against Iowa.

Plus, Ask Us Anything! Which you can do here or here, and we encourage you to do so, along with rating and subscribing to us on iTunes!

0:00 Penn State, J.T. Barrett, and whoa did the first College Football Playoff rankings just come out? Ah, who cares? Well... we do.

24:02 Our good friend Marc Morehouse discusses all things Iowa, including his predictions for the game and how Kirk Ferentz has been able to survive in the irradiated wasteland that is Iowa City for so long.

37:22 Beau and I talk about our three keys to the game this Saturday, and Ask Us Anything gets into a very deep discussion about Halloween candy.

And that'll do it, thank you as always for listening, thanks to Travis for the coolest logo in the world, thanks to Safelite AutoGlass for sponsoring the Dubcast, and hey check out our Dry Goods store why not? We'll see you next week!
