When Robert Smith says Ezekiel Elliott's really good, you should listen. He knows about running back stuff.

Several years before we saw Ezekiel Elliott breaking long runs to the house, another Buckeye by the name of Robert Smith was doing the same. If you're a little young to remember the former Pro-Bowler with the Minnesota Vikings, we did a little Q&A with him not too long ago.

Robert was kind enough to join us on the Dubcast this week to talk about his perspective of Ohio State's College Football Playoff championship, as he looked on as a former Buckeye.

He had some interesting things to say about Urban Meyer's coaching job, the running of Elliott and more. We asked him about a cool new health and wellness app he's working on with a host of former Buckeye greats and other athletes, and he even told us about the time he was on Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Hey, we didn't forget about basketball. Me and Johnny looked back fondly at the win over Purdue and we even gave Amir Williams a little love. It's nice to see the hoops team get back on track with the postseason looming.
